Terms of service
Effective: 4 September 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Who we are and what Bidline does
Bidline Pty Ltd (ACN 698 484 847) operates a property marketplace for agents and buyers. Bidline provides listing, structured-offer, reporting, and audit features. Bidline is not a real estate agent, auctioneer, lawyer, financial adviser, lender, conveyancer, or escrow provider.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate, current account information, use the role that applies to you, and only act for a person or organisation when authorised to do so. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us promptly if you believe another person has used your account.
3. Listings and other user content
You are responsible for listing text, media, documents, report details, and other content you submit. You must have the authority and rights needed to submit it, and it must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You allow Bidline to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service. We may restrict or remove content while we investigate a report or comply with law.
4. Offers and off-platform transactions
An offer records an amount, deposit, settlement period, and any optional conditions. Check those details before submitting. Offers made in Bidline are not contracts for the sale of land. Any binding agreement, legal advice, conveyancing, deposit, payment, and settlement are handled by the parties and their advisers off-platform. Bidline does not hold or transfer deposit or settlement funds.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Bidline to break the law, impersonate another person, mislead or harass others, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload harmful or offensive material, probe or interfere with security, disrupt the service, or obtain access you are not entitled to. Do not use automated access in a way that burdens the service or bypasses its controls.
6. Listing reports
Use the in-app reporting feature in good faith to flag inaccurate or misleading information, inappropriate or harmful content, improper media, or impersonation. Include only information relevant to the report. Do not knowingly submit a false, retaliatory, or abusive report. We may retain, review, and act on reports to protect users, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Audit records and privacy
Bidline records relevant account actions, offers, and audit or compliance events to operate and protect the service and preserve the integrity of marketplace records. Our privacy policy explains the information collected, how deletion works, and why some de-identified records may be retained. No single fixed retention period applies to every record.
8. Suspension and account deletion
We may restrict, suspend, or close access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect the service or its users, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with a legal or regulatory requirement. You may request account deletion at any time. Deletion does not undo an off-platform agreement and does not remove records that must remain in de-identified form for integrity or legal reasons.
9. Service limits and legal rights
User-submitted content and off-platform dealings remain the responsibility of the people who provide or undertake them. Bidline does not guarantee that a listing, user, offer, or transaction will meet your requirements, or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Contact and changes
